This whisky and walnut raw chocolate recipe is another of our favourites! It’s such an incredibly easy way to impress friends with your chocolate making skills, ideal for after dinner chocolates or for when you’re just feeling a little bit naughty.
Prep: 25 mins
Silicon Mould or Ice Cube Tray,
1Soak the walnuts in your favourite whisky.
2Melt the raw cacao butter in a bowl over a pan of water on a low heat.
3Add the raw cacao powder and Sweet Freedom/fruit syrup and mix well with a metal balloon whisk.
4Taste the mix to see if you need to add any more cacao powder or sweetener and remove from heat.
5Place a walnut half/piece into mini baking cups or round silicone moulds or ice cube trays.
6Spoon around 1tsp of the raw chocolate mix over the walnuts and place to set in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
