BASE
- Put the ingredients for the base into a food processor and process until a dough has formed
- Line a medium sized loaf tin and transfer the mixture
- Gently press the mixture into the pan; making sure it is evenly spread
- Place in the freezer to firm up whilst making the caramel
CARAMEL
- Add the almond butter, coconut oil and fruit syrup to a small pan and heat gently until all have combined
- Once the base has hardened, pour the caramel over the top of it evenly and freezer for around 1 hour until it has hardened (this may take a littleless/longer depending on your freezer)
CHOCOLATE
- Whilst you’re waiting for the caramel to set, prepare the chocolate by putting the remaining ingredients into a pan and gently melting them together
- When the caramel has hardened, evenly pour the chocolate on top
- Freeze for a further 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set
- Cut into even pieces and transfer to the fridge
