Just because we are trying to stay healthy doesn’t mean we have to miss out on lovely chocolate treats this Halloween. Our CHOCtastic recipes are super easy to make and because we only use unprocessed cacao ingredients and a low GL natural sweetener, they are perfect for anyone looking for a healthy alternative.

Yields: 24-30 Spooktacular CHOCs
Silicon Mould or Ice Cube Tray,
1Melt the raw chocolate.
Place the cacao butter in a heat proof bowl over a saucepan of water (Bain Marie) and gently melt on a low heat. Once the cacao butter has melted mix in the cacao powder, vanilla and sweetener and blend well by stirring with a metal balloon whisk. Remove from heat. The CHOC Mix should have a smooth and runny consistency.
2Pour into silicone moulds and set.
Spoon the mixture into the silicone moulds (careful not to overfill) and place in the freezer for 15-20 minutes to set. Once set enjoy lovely and cold straight from the freezer!
