Eastern Spice Raw Chocolate Hearts

Love is… homemade raw chocolates made with love! These gorgeous raw chocolate hearts are infused with heady Moroccan-inspired flavours. Warm subtle spices mixed with fragrant rose in decadent raw chocolate sweetened with honey is sure to melt any heart.

- Silicon Mould or Ice Cube Tray,
1Shell the pistachio nuts and chop finely. Set aside.
2Set up your bain marie on the hob with a low heat and add the ground cumin and coriander to the bowl for three minutes, stirring occasionally.
3Add the cacao butter to the spices in the bowl until fully melted.
4Whisk in the cacao powder and honey until completely combined.
5 Remove from the heat and stir in the rose water.
6Divide the mixture into small baking cups or chocolate molds and sprinkle with the chopped pistachios. Chill in the fridge or freezer until set.
