CHOCtastically Healthy Back to School Truffles

These decadent truffles are definitive proof that heavenly and healthy can co-exist!
- Prep: 45 mins
- Yields: 30 Truffles or 10 Brownies
1Soak the pitted dates in warm water for around 5 minutes. Blend the pecan nuts, coconut and dates in a food processor (keep the warm water used to soften the dates and add a little bit to the mix to help blend and moisten).
2Add the raw cacao powder and the sweet freedom and blend well. Place mixture in a bowl and mix well (have a little taste it’s absolutely delish). Roll spoonfuls of the mix into round balls and roll in the cacao powder.
3Chill the truffles in the fridge for half an hour to an hour and enjoy!
