Your CHOC Chick Kit raw chocolate making ingredients should be stored in a cool, dry place. After opening a pack, place remainder in a sealable container to prevent drying out.
Do not store dry ingredients in the fridge as this may cause mould.
Raw chocolate tends to melt quite easily, so once you have made your chocolates, these should be stored in the fridge or freezer. If stored in the fridge, your chocolates can last for up to 5 days or up to 10 days in the freezer… if you haven’t of course gobbled them up beforehand!
