The Simple Raw CHOC Recipe can make two trays of decadently healthy raw chocolates. For a little more decadent and less healthy, try adding a capful of Coffee Liquor, Orange Liquor, Whiskey or Baileys.

The Simple Raw CHOC Recipe is incredibly versatile and adding dried fruits and/or nuts to the moulds before you spoon in the melted raw choc mixture makes delicious Raw Fruit n’ Nuts CHOCs (one of my favourites!).

This is a special variation of the Simple Raw CHOC Recipe ). Just add a dram of whiskey and chopped walnuts to the moulds. Spoon quickly into the moulds as the whiskey thickens consistency of the mix.
