STOP THE PRESS - Eating dark chocolate stops wrinkles!
This amazing article appeared on November 5th in the London Metro and I just had to share it. ...scientists have found that nibbling a bit of dark chocolate each day can prevent signs of ageing caused by the sun and may even lower the risk of skin cancer. However, before you reach for the Kit Kats, bear in mind that these benefits come only from dark chocolate high in flavanols.
These are the antioxidants – compounds known to prevent cell damage - found naturally in cocoa beans, the main ingredient in chocolate.
But most chocolate goods on sale in the UK have had their antioxidant capacity greatly reduced during processing. Read more....

• 3/12/09 - Home office Fair Trade Christmas Fair, Croydon, 4:00pm-7:00pm. 
• 11-13/12/09 – Christmas Chocolate Festival at the Southbank in London, 11am - 8pm daily (6pm Sunday)
• 20/12/09 – The Brighton Christmas Market, Brighton Centre, Brighton 10:00am-4:30pm.
